Viola began her legal career at the Office of the Attorney-General during which time she was attached to the Department of Public Prosecutions.
As counsel in the Department of Public Prosecutions, Viola gained extensive trial experience, primarily focusing on the prosecution of serious criminal offences before the Supreme Court. In particular, Viola has successfully conducted a number of trials involving homicides, sexual offences, armed robberies and other serious matters.
Viola also has experience in the areas of trafficking in persons, dangerous drugs, extradition, habeas corpus and constitutional law.
Viola joined the firm of Harry B. Sands, Lobosky & Co. in January 2018 where she looks forward to developing her advocacy skills through the practice of civil litigation.
