Trusts and Estate Planning. We act for many leading trust companies in The Bahamas, including advising in relation to trusteeship, operational and regulatory matters and in connection with drafting trust documentation.

We also represent private clients and in this regard we work with offshore counsel and advisors to set up trusts and to advise settlers, beneficiaries and protectors.

Wills/Probate. We advise clients in relation to drafting Wills and we also prepare and file applications for Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration and the Resealing of Foreign Grants.

We also advise Executors and Trustees in matters pertaining to administering Estates.
