Professional Experience: Arthur is a partner in the Private Client department specialising in Trust, Banking and Insolvency matters. After doing a pupillage at 4 stone Buildings, Lincolns Inns, Arthur began his career as an Assistant Crown Counsel at the Office of the Attorney General where he gained valuable experience in both the civil and the litigation departments. During the last twelve years he has concentrated on a Chambers practice but he still goes to Court in Trust, Insolvency and Commercial matters.

Arthur has experience advising both private clients and Trust Companies on trusts and related matters and has represented both creditors and liquidators in insolvency proceedings and has also acted as a representative on creditor and fiduciary committees.
