Professional Experience: Chinique's primary professional area of practice is Real Estate and Commercial Law. She has extensive experience in real property transactions representing both local and international clients in the acquisition, financing, sale, lease and other disposition of residential property, office buildings, shopping centres, hotels, casinos and other property types.

Chinique acts as counsel for one of the largest resort developments in The Bahamas and has structured luxury condominium, timeshare and condo-hotel projects.

She has represented companies in transactions involving the restructuring, acquisition and disposition of assets and operating businesses and has also represented foreign investors in obtaining government approval for the creation and development of numerous real estate projects and business ventures in The Bahamas.
