Professional Experience: Harry Sands is a member of the Institute of Trade Mark Agents (London). He was one of the first Bahamian Barristers to form a niche area of practice when the overwhelming majority did a bit of everything.

Mr. Sands has developed and honed a unique and special expertise over the past 58 years in all aspects of IP and Estate Law in The Bahamas. As a result he enjoys a full service IP practice that continues to adorn the pinnacle of this specialized area of the law within the country, and extending to the Turks & Caicos Islands.
