Professional Experience: Sandena Mortimer joined the firm of Harry B. Sands, Lobosky and Company in May, 2007 as the pupil of Chinique E. Pratt-Kemp, Partner and was later confirmed as an Associate in the Commercial and Real Estate Department.

Miss Mortimer’s practice is primarily focused in the area of residential and commercial real estate and mortgages, providing services to local and international clients. Transactions that she has been involved with include, inter alia: family island projects, time share units, condominiums, hotels and resorts. Most notably are the recent and ongoing transactions involving the sale and purchase of luxury properties on Paradise Island.

She also acts extensively for a number of leading local commercial banks on a wide range of real estate matters, including numerous conveyancing and mortgage matters.

Other Experience: Sandena is a member of the Real Estate Committee of The Bahamas Bar Association; she also serves as a Part-time Law Lecturer at the Bahamas Baptist Community College.
