Mr. Harry B. Sands, our Firm’s senior Partner assumed fully the mantle of his late father’s practice that began in 1920 thereby establishing the firm of Harry B. Sands as one of The Bahamas’ oldest and most respected legal practices.

Our Firm’s Estate practitioners have vast experience and expertise in Estate Planning including the preparation of Wills, Codicils, Trusts and various forms of Powers of Attorney for local and international clients. We prepare estate and trust documentation and provide advice on asset protection and investment to both local and international clients.

We are proficient in making applications for Probate and Letters of Administration, Resealing of Estates from foreign jurisdictions and also have experience in contentious probate applications, filing of caveats, and other matters related to resolving administration issues.
